*No Question Asked Return / Replacement Policy Fresh Basket is committed to 100% customer satisfaction; hence if you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, return the product at the time of delivery. As our product are perishable in nature so at the time of delivery you can check the goods and if you are not satisfied with our goods you can return it on the same time or request a replacement within next 12 hours by contacting our customer support on WhatsApp at 0345 8537374. Kindly note that most of our products are highly perishable and hence it is pertinent that the products are stored at appropriate temperature since Fresh Basket does not hold any responsibility regarding perishability and / or freshness of the product post-delivery since the same is subject to a number of factors at customers’ end. *Once the delivery person has gone after delivering the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. *Refunds of payment will be done through Vouchers *Exchanges (if applicable) *We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
